Moat launches show home for shared ownership apartments

Housing provider Moat has launched a show home for its affordable apartments in the Buckland Rise development at Peters Village.

Spacious one and two bedroom apartments and three bedroom houses are now available through Moat’s shared ownership scheme. Prices start from £60,000 for a 30% share, with 5% deposits as low as £3,000.
